Bitcentric reserves the right to cancel an account for violation of our terms of service as outlined below.

Bitcentric expressly forbids any servers under our control to be used for the transfer or distribution of any illegal copyrighted material including but not limited to illegal MP3s, Warez, and hacking information.  What constitutes such material is the sole discretion of Bitcentric.

Bitcentric expressly forbids the use of its email servers as a basis for mass mailings, harassment, or other questionable activities.  What constitutes such activities are the sole discretion of Bitcentric.

Bitcentric reserves the right to judge any activities performed on our servers, with our servers, or from our servers.  Any questionable situations are determined by the sole discretion of Bitcentric administrators and will be attended to immediately.  The first violation of any of the above rules will result in a warning.  If the issue is not fixed after the warning the account will be cancelled without a refund.

Bitcentric does allow pornographic material only under customized contracts.  Drop us a line if you would like to discuss your options.

Bitcentric allows for Unlimited Data Transfer in most of its plans.  It is unlimited in that the amount transferred is not automatically throttled.  However if you exceed normal usage for comparable plans, you will be asked to renegotiate your plan price to account for the increased usage.  We want to keep our prices low, so everyone has to pay their share based upon their usage.  Contact us if you think you will need more than normal usage.

The length of your contract with Bitcentric is as set forth according to the plan you selected, or according to any special arrangements you may have made with us.  Your payment is non-refundable for the contract chosen.  This includes any unforeseen events that may force Bitcentric to close its operations.
